This page explains what the office collects through this website and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number, the kind of case you chose and your message. The site also keeps basic visit logs, such as pages viewed and the type of browser, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you and to set up a consultation. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the office except the services that run the website and email.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the State Bar’s rules require.
