Disclaimer

This website describes Irigoyen Law and the kinds of immigration cases it handles. It is general information, not legal advice. Immigration law turns on the facts of each case and changes often, so don’t act, or decide not to act, on anything here without talking to a lawyer about your situation.

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this site, calling the office, sending the form or writing an email doesn’t make you a client. The office represents you only after you and Amalia Irigoyen sign an engagement letter that names the work and the fee.

Past cases and client words

Stories and comments from clients describe their own cases. Every case is different, and nothing on this site promises a result in yours.

Fees

The fees on this site are the office’s charges for the work they name. They don’t include government filing fees, medical exams or other costs paid to third parties, and the fee for your case is the one written in your engagement letter.

Confidential information

Please don’t send confidential details, such as your A-number, your immigration history or anything about a pending case, through the website form or by email before you’ve spoken with the office.
